Harbouring three golf courses in the region, the four-star La Cala Resort is a perfect option for a golfing holiday in Spain. The resort has direct access to its three 18-hole championship courses: La Cala Asia (formerly South Course), La Cala America (formerly North Course) and La Cala Europa.
La Cala Resort has a superb location in the heart of Costa del Sol; just 20 minutes to Marbella and Puerto Banus, 30 minutes to Malaga International Airport and 10 minutes to La Cala Beach. The resort built in the traditional Andalucian architecture and surrounded by the magnificent La Cala golf courses. The luxurious rooms, delightful facilities and breathtaking views as well as the fantastic golf courses are the highlights of this idyllic resort.
Accommodation
The accommodation options of the resort are well-appointed rooms and junior suites; all flooded with natural sunlight that enhances their cosy atmosphere. All overlooking the spectacular views of the La Cala Asia Course through their balcony or terrace, the rooms are luxuriously furnished and decorated in a modern style. All restaurants and bars in La Cala Resort have warm and attentive services. La Terraza Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner of European cuisine enriched with a touch of Spanish flavours both in the restaurant and on the terrace. Next, to La Terraza, the private dining room is perfect for private parties. Lobby Bar is the ideal choice to unwind with live music and discuss your rounds of golf. In the Club House, Snack Bar 19th Hole is in service with early bird breakfast and hot snacks all day long. Los Olivos, next to the 19th Hole, is an ideal place for private functions. During the summer months, Pool Bar Chiringuito serves refresh drinks. Caracala Spa Café is an excellent place to have a relaxing drink. Room service is available 24 hours. Pool Bar offers light snacks and sandwiches during the day. On the terraces of the indoor pool, there is a bar service depending on the season. Set in a relaxing atmosphere in the dim light, Piano Bar is a great venue to unwind and enjoy aperitifs along with your drink. Featuring splendid sea views, Lobby Bar serves fancy cocktails and various teas. In the high season, Summer Chillout is the entertainment point of the hotel offering a variety of music and shows as well as impressive bar service.

Formerly the North Course, Campo America is enhanced by spectacular views to the Sierra de Ojén and Mediterranean Sea.
It’s wide, linked fairways and relatively few bunkers make this a slightly easier driving course, though the hilly topography requires a lot of carry across steep brush-covered side slopes. while the small raised greens demands more precise club selection to hit the mark.
There are water hazards on the 9th and 16th.
